About Bookview
Bookview is the blog that accompanies our website, Glen and Karen Bledsoe, Children’s Book Authors. We feature reviews of children’s book, reviews of books on writing, occasional software or writing technology reviews, news from the publishing world, and news from our own writing world. We hope you’ll come back and visit often.
Authors: If you’re a published author, either through traditional publisher or on your own via your own publishing imprint, and would like your book reviewed, we’d love to hear from you and to see a copy of your book (send a stamped return mailer if you would like to have it back — otherwise it will be donated to a needy school library). Sorry, but as we have issues with vanity presses (such as PublishAmerica, Dorrance, Author House, etc.) we do not review books from vanity presses. We will look at books that are self-published under your own imprint via a printing service, and will consider CafePress and Lulu.
If we feel we cannot give your book a positive review, we will contact you before posting our opinions.
